Here's are the ingredients:
1 baguette, diced
2 apples, peeled and chopped
cinnamon and sugar (for the top)
butter
maple syrup
Egg mixture:
9-10 eggs, beaten
cinnamon
vanilla
This recipe makes 24 french toast muffins. Butter the muffin tins and add the bread, apples and half a pat of butter. Add egg mixture (about half way in the muffin tin), top with a bit of maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for 20 mins at 350 (or until the edges are brown).
